Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.
2. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, YGOODM ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become active.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. YGOODM is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at service@ygoodm.store if an update is needed.
7. Multiple or Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability. Shipping times for split shipments may vary.
8. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, natural disasters, or U.S. public holidays may affect delivery times. YGOODM is not liable for delays caused by such events.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at service@ygoodm.store. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund according to our policies.
10. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or changes are not possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for guidance: Refund Policy.
11. Peak Season & High Demand Notice
During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Customers are encouraged to place orders early to account for potential delays.
