1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Chinese and U.S. public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.


2. International Shipping (China to USA Only)

Currently, Guangzhou Lingshun Trading Co., Ltd. ships exclusively from China to the United States. We do not provide shipping to other countries or regions at this time.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard international shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 14 –17 business days from the date of shipment (including U.S. customs clearance). Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs inspection, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped from China, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s official website. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to become active due to international logistics procedures.


6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete U.S. shipping information. Guangzhou Lingshun Trading Co., Ltd. is not liable for delays, lost packages, or customs issues caused by incorrect addresses. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at service@ygoodm.store if an update is needed.


7. Multiple or Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability in China. Shipping times for split shipments may vary, but all packages will be tracked individually.


8. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances related to international shipping may affect delivery times. These include U.S. customs clearance delays, carrier logistics issues, natural disasters, or public holidays in China or the U.S. Guangzhou Lingshun Trading Co., Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by such events.


9. Customs & Duties

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with U.S. entry are the responsibility of the recipient. U.S. customs requires accurate declaration of goods, and we will provide standard commercial invoice documents for clearance. Please ensure you have the necessary identification (e.g., SSN/ITIN) for customs procedures if required.


10. Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered after clearing U.S. customs, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at service@ygoodm.store. We will work with the international carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund according to our policies.


11. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified before they are processed for shipment from China. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or changes are not possible. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy on our official website for guidance.


12. Peak Season & High Demand Notice

During peak periods (e.g., Chinese New Year, U.S. holidays, or promotional events), order processing and international shipping times may be longer than usual. Customers are encouraged to place orders early to account for potential delays.
